Hi! I am Alexey from Saint-Petersburg. Me and my wife used CS for both hosting and surfing. This year (2012) I've decided to take revenge for last two years (while we were living in a village) and to take the personal responsibility for this profile. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been participating the project since december of 2007. We started our real experience in March of 2008 since we had come into Malaysia. We were hosted by local members and while we were traveling in Indonesia and other countries of S-E Asia . As we had our apartment at Penang while we were studying in Malaysia we were able to have guests at our place and now we have much experience in hosting people. We used to participate SC meetings and gotherings in Penang and have found many new friends there.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We were really impressed by our first CS experience with Chinchin. That time we were new in CS. We spent nice time with her. Since that time we have been trying giving to our guests the same level of hospitality. In total we have hosted something about 40-50 people from all around the world and made a number of friends.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When I was in Malaysia I stayed at somebody's place in Kuala-Lumpur. That man was hosting a Russian girl. After long time I was hosting a german girl in St-Pb, we went together to the local CS meeting, where I met a guy from Malaysia, he was studing medicine in Russia. After coming back to Malaysia that malaysian guy was driving his car from one city to another and he stoped to pick a hitchhiker. That was a russian girl I met when I came to Malaysia first time. She came to S-E Asia again. World is small.
