Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far I have surfed once and hosted once. It would be fun to participate even more in the couchsurfing community.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I only have one couchsurfing experience so far: in August 2011 I couchsurfed for one night in Norway. It was a good experience and I wouldn't mind doing it again. I have also hosted once, which was also good.
Interests
I run regularly -- I even take part in marathons -- and I like my job very much (I'm a teacher of English and German). In addition to the above I also like translation and I enjoy things like traveling, cooking and studying/reading/writing/learning. In recent years I've turned into a bit of a health freak and take great pride in that.

Music, Movies, and Books
I do read a lot and have loads of books in my apartment. At the moment I especially like American literature and try to read up also on American history and society.
I listen mostly to pop music, Hurts, Will Young, Clueso, Xavier Naidoo and many more...
When it comes to movies I tend to prefer comedies and films with a message.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent a year in China, that was pretty amazing I must say. Otherwise, just stopping for a minute and looking around me makes me awestruck. Life is beautiful in many ways. I live in a wonderful place with lakes, woods, nice houses and pleasant people around me. I try more and more to appreciate the little things in life, be it here in my own small town of Härnösand or elsewhere.

I could share life experiences with you.
