About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm an open-minded, easy going and sociable person. When I have the opportunity I like to travel and discover the world!

I'm from Hungary, studied in Lyon, France and currently living in Vienna. I enjoy to be in an international environment, meeting people from different places really makes life more interesting in my opinion, not to mention it broadens one's horizon which is fun and also a good cure for ignorance :)

I do think we can learn something from everyone we meet so I find it exciting to meet new people, through new connections we also learn a lot about ourselves which is essential to live a life that we are happy with.

PHILOSOPHY

Love what you do and what you do will love you back.

Interests

nature - it's just so beautiful and relaxing
languages - trying to maintain the 4 that I speak, honestly it's harder than I thought, turns out you have to keep practicing them if you don't want to forget them :) and I still want to learn Spanish fluently
computer graphics - I work with CG, love it, it has so many possibilities and it's great way to make art without necessarily being talented in classical arts like painting and such
yoga & acroyoga - I practice it several times a week, I find it relaxing while it makes you stronger, both in mind and body
hiking - nothing like an amazing view after hours of hiking or a well deserved Spritzer or two at the end
cycling - my preferred way of transport in cities and I really like bike trips as well
(audio)books - I find it a bit hard to find good books, but when you find one, it's amazing, well worth the trial and error!
movies - just like with books, if you find an amazing one, it can have a big impact on you. But I can nevertheless enjoy a chill evening with a good rom com as well :)
cooking - love to cook, I cook mostly vegetarian, I always like to try new recipes

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: my favorite band would be Walk off the earth I guess. They just radiate such a positive energy that I'm hooked for good! But otherwise very varied - rock, punk, electronic, alternative.
But it depends on the song really - I'm one of those people who gets obsessed with a song and listens to it over and over again till l I've heard it like a 1000 times already.

Hard to pick a favorite movie, but here are some that are definitely among my favorites: Tarantino movies, Forrest Gump, Back to the Future, Tenacious D: The pick of destiny, The departed, Relatos salvajes, Before Sunrise, The Intouchables

Books: my favorite is Utas és Holdvilág by Antal Szerb (Journey by Moonlight in English). I read a wide variety of books, from classical literature through science fiction till books that bring me closer to understand stuff about life.
Just to name a few: Robert Merle books, Harry Potter books, Hrabal: I served the king of England, Royale Battle, The Martian, Ready Player One
I enjoy most of my literature through audiobooks nowadays.

Oh and I'm always looking for good podcasts, too!
