Raising funds for an epic cycling trip, making sweet music with whoever I can.

ABOUT ME

I'm currently living and working in Kendal for Natural England, and loving it. Travels call though, and when the time comes, I'll be crossing the ocean on a good long walkabout- until then, climbing, going to folk sessions, playing a few gigs and road-trippin' in Europe.

PHILOSOPHY

Well, I got a lot of time to think when I lived in the backwoods, where I shovelled a large amount of manure- it gives you a kind of peaceful feeling, from which a lot of interesting stuff comes. But it's important to get out to meet some good folks and broaden the mind. Personal philosophy? I value silence, and love conversation.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Sunrise from a mountain-top. It has to be done! Witnessed a few births, and assisted them too, on the farm. Always a winner on a freezing wet night in March!

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

If anyone wants to teach me the accordion, banjo or Spanish I'd love to learn. I can teach you some basic drum rhythms, and when I get around to hosting in the Lakes, hopefully I can help you absorb its amazing, magical atmosphere.
