ABOUT ME

Basically put I recently returned from overseas and am trying to piece together what this whole stability thing is all about. I compose and perform music, DJ, battle intergalactic enemies and enjoy the growing of a good beard over a freshly brewed coffee.

I am not hosting right now as I live with four other people and a random cast of anything up to 1 to 5 gypsies floating through the house at any given time so there isn't much room for a surfer but I'd still enjoy meeting you because if we have fun then you never know I might throw you a spot in the house on a quiet night of transition.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love couchsurfing! I have had many great experiences and met some amazing people!! I can't host at the moment but love to show people ore of the subculture that this city has to offer. I am very active and great friends with some very talented and very successful musicians and artists and am privy to some excellent events.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed with many people and some of them I will call friends for life and I will see them again soon!

Music is my primary interest in life, I shy from being a snob but will not accept that everything is good. I honestly believe there is no poor genre of music but there are poor artists who work within their genre's.

I have an interest in the documentaries, political commentary, Tom Waits, Dennis Hopper, Hunter S. Thompson, Robert Downey Jr, Jack Kerouac and the beat generation.

I also have a strange liking to NBA and UFC which is strange as I am not a sport person at all, until now! Haha! I think I like the analysis/strategy you can emphasize in these sports.

Tom Waits, Nina Simone, Nine Inch Nails, Young Widows, John Frusciante, TV on the Radio, Massive Attack, At The Drive-In, Tobacco, Death Grips, David Axelrod, DJ Shadow, Justin Townes Earle, The Beach Boys, The Moody Blues, King Crimson, Pink Floyd, Captain Beefheart, Sole, POS, Ornette Coleman, Skip James, Robert Johnson and the list goes on and on and on.

Into Jack Kerouac, Hunter S. Thompson, George Orwell. Currently reading Octopussy. I read a lot.

Favourite films are Wes Anderson films, Royal Tenenbaums, etc but also alot of other films spanning from John Hughes (Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller, Weird Science) through to David Fincher (Fight Club, Se7en, Zodiac), Jim Jamusch puts together a furrowed tale or two, love Lynch but find myself most commonly drawn to documentaries.
