My two greatest passions in life are music and traveling. I haven't seen as much as I want , that's why I'm trying my best to travel around the world. I study Music Management in Saint Petersburg University of Culture, I write music and play multiple musical instruments. What's more, I love singing good old songs, so if you fancy cosy evenings with music and talking, I will be more than pleased to keep you company.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I mentioned earlier, traveling is one of my greatest passion. Recently, I've realised that I no longer want hotel traveling and I need to try something new. Also, I love meeting new people and learning more about other cultures. And what's the best way to do it? Talking to locals, of course!

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly listen to indie music, but I'm really keen on old-school rock, glam-rock, punk, dream-pop and british bands. The Libertines and The Strokes have been my favourite bands for ages! I love Soviet movies as well as American films Tarantino-style. Despite the fact that my favourite directors are Xavier Dolan, Jim Jarmush and Tim Burton, I'm truly obsessed with Forrest Gump (for no reason really). I am also a huge fan of tv-series (the office, it's always sunny in philadelphia and others).
As for the literature, it's complicated. Russian classic literature is inspirational, emotional, historical, monumental.. At the same time, I am crazy about beat-generation writers. ON THE ROAD FOREVER!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've studied, worked and lived in Toronto, Canada with a pityful sum of money in my pockets. It was an extremely challenging experience! However, I loved it there, because I was studying what I really loved: Music, Theatre and Dance.
