Have you ever heard about Dagny Taggart from a wonderful novel "Atlas Shrugged" written by Ayn Rand? If yes, now you can imagine who are going to deal with.

I'm a bit workaholic, but that's only because the sphere I'm working in is really important for my country right now. I have a pleasure to work at Impact Hub Odessa being surrounded by extremely passionate and interesting people. Empowering youth in various ways is my main goal. At first glance it may sound pretty boring, but in practice that is just so much fun! :)

I'm keen on collecting stories and meeting people-who-change-the-world. Frankly speaking, I'm that kind of a person who adores talking to strangers at bars or train stations, and I can talk for hours describing someone I've met last week or remembering some story that had happened with me years ago. Although I love to have long discussions, I also enjoy sitting next to someone and listening to the sound of his/her voice.

The other thing I'm completely keen on is learning. Massive online courses, open-air lectures and articles about economy, politics, entrepreneurship and innovations inspire me most. I feel absolutely happy when I know something I can share with others - that's why everyday learning is so important to me.

And the last, but not the least. The biggest pleasure for me is a to go somewhere, and it doesn't really matter whether it's a small city in Ukraine or a capital of a European country. Travelling is an intergral part of my life. Seriously, I even start to feel bad when I stay at home for a long time!!! :) That's why I can suddenly go home from work, take my backpack, get in the car/bus/train/etc and go somewhere I've never been before. And those journeys are the most cherished ones.

Interests

I'm interested in project management (PM), social projects and social entrepreneurship. My research interest is motivation in voluntary activities and NGOs. I pay a lot of attention to watching global trends and following politics & innovations.
I prefer reading poems than writing them but sometimes it happens to write something as well. :) I have a personal blog where I write short stories about my journeys. Reading good books is the other thing I really enjoy.
I dream about the world in which people across the countries won't have to struggle for living and do everything I can to make my dream come true.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading Latin American literature and watching arthouse movies.
My favorite novels are "Atlas Shrugged" written by Ayn Rand and "The Bad Girl" by Mario Vargas Llosa. I also enjoy reading such remarkable book writers as John Fowles, Erich Fromm ("The art of loving"), Julio Cortazar, Ernest Hemingway and Erich Maria Remarque.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I usually carry a bunch of wonderful postcards from all over the world and I will share one of them with a great pleasure. I can also share a lot of interesting stories. And of course if you need some help in Project Management, I'm the one who knows what to do. :)
