My name is Youssef Selmi, I work at a trading company located in Tunisia.

I am visiting the United States for a couple of months and i would really like to make some good friends and learn about local customs and tradition as this is my first time in this continent.
.
I have been to Hungary, Egypt, India, Romania and Ukraine, I have met very interesting people and I have learned so much from them.

This is my first visit to United States, it's a work trip but I can't wait to take advantage of the situation in order to meet more interesting people and learning as much as I can about their culture.
I am an outgoing guy but I am not the party type, I am honest, hardworking and I like that in people. I don't talk too much but I appreciate good conversations.

I enjoy quiet evenings with good company mostly friends and family, I respect people's space and I learned how important that is from my traveling and spending time with different people from different backgrounds.
I am looking forward to living the USA experience to the fullest and achieving my goals there and I hope good people will be a part of this Journey.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My story starts from the day i went to India. I met these amazing people that changed my life.
I was shocked at the beginning from the cultural differences that our countries have but that is part of the experience, right? Honestly, i wanted to go back from the first day. Didn't know what to do. There was some magic tho that kept there, the same magic that you feel when you know it's gonna be worth it. Next day i met 8 amazing people, right then i didn't know that my life was about to change... so it happened.

...after 3 years and visiting lots of countries thereafter i ll never forget all the people from all these different countries who came into my life.
Once you see what is out there, you can never go back! That's why i am on Couchsurfing.
