One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Slept at different airports in UK and Spain, hundreds busses in Sweden, on the beach in Greece, in the fishing boat in Italy, in the corridor of a train in Italy, 3 weeks in ice-cold squat in London.
Some time ago I’ve caught myself on the idea that I feel very comfortable everywhere and I don’t mind to sleep or live have any kind of conditions. So I happily slept on the hot beach in the Greek island Mykonos, Stansted airport in London (3 times) and Barajas airport in Madrid. When my carriage was missing in the train Rome-Polermo, Trenitalia made a great decision – everybody from missing carriages (apparently at least 4 carriages were missing that day) can sleep on the corridors of other carriages. My place was just next to the smelly toilet and the entire night I was kicked by passing by passengers. Trenitalia still owns me €50 for that confusion. When I was living in Sweden, I used to take many times a bus from Stockholm to the city Västeras. And I have unforgettable experience of living in an ice-cold squat for 3 weeks. That was something very crazy to sleep under 2 blankets and fully dressed (including a hat). I am glad it was in the past!
