hi im youyang, a freelancing animation direcrtor/teacher/curator currently based in beijing, I was an art student for my 7 years life in London not far from the past, which have led me became a somewhat outgoing, optimistic, and international spirited person:)

Id love to meet openminded and friendly people around the globe through couch surfing, getting our life story exchanged, nurture fun and inspiring friendships!

The world is a quite romantic place in my head, despite the inevitable conflicts caused by our limited ability to conceive the world, we are although beating heart with the world in rhythms as a whole. I believe everything is connected, and i try to grasp the breathing pattern of the world we live by traveling through its different cultures and study the way how system organizes.

I live for that, collecting, understanding and building with thoughts, aspiring from complex mind structures very much like some beautiful grand architectural works, yes id like to be an artist, if not already justified by a few student projects made through my art degrees at uni.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Thanks to my amazing Flatmate Nathan, we were canoeing in central London and went to the wrong river canal, had to push it out of the 2 meters deep bank and carry the canoe by foot across the highway! Hahah but it was awesome fun passing by people with surprising and jealous eyes from the bank, greeting folks barbecuing from their boat!
