In 2019, I'm setting out on the Bike 2 Bliss project, a series of cycling expeditions to Yoga, Music, and Cultural events along the West Coast, sharing my passion for adventure, community, nature, and sustainable travel along the way. In 2020, the tour is going global!
First up, I'll be cycling from Nanaimo, BC to Seattle, WA for a Blissology yoga teacher training with Eoin Finn, Jan 26th - Feb 3rd.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The Bike 2 Bliss Project is a celebration of adventure, sustainability, and community. Connecting with the world through hosting and being hosted is what it's all about! I'll take a couch and a good conversation of the secluded comfort (and cost!) of a hotel room any day.

Night hike up Volcan Baru (tallest peak in Panama) to watch the sunrise with a view of both the Caribbean and the Pacific at the same time.
