ABOUT ME
I'm a freelance journalist and guidebook author; I've worked on guidebooks to Turkey, Southeast Asia, New England and Pittsburgh for Lonely Planet and Moon Handbooks. I'm currently based in Philadelphia although I grew up largely in Northern California, Texas, and Pittsburgh. I don't get to travel anywhere near as much as I used to, although I'm hoping CouchSurfing will help me change that.
