ABOUT ME

I go out regardless of where I’m headed and what there is to be done. I get very excited about meeting new people but I don’t always show it - I’m selectively talkative. I love learning more than anything in the world. I read, I write, I do not sing but I dance (sometimes). I love seeing things, places and moments in the eyes of other people which is why I love theater...and film...and literature. I think the world is a beautiful place, made even lovelier by creation and destruction. (They need to balance each other out.) I can be a bit of a hater, and I talk about that a lot. But not in a hateful way. I believe in karma, but also that it doesn’t always happen in ways we understand. I’m annoyingly opinionated, but I don’t require people to take me seriously all the time. It just really depends on what we’re talking about.

I’d say yes in a heartbeat to go hike mountains, dive/surf, etc., but I was raised in the city, so going out to drink, shop, check out exhibits and laze around work for me, too. As long as there’s food, I’m game.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is about balance. Which also means that you should welcome being unbalanced half the time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I acted for a film about couchsurfing back in 2013 and my boyfriend is a couchsurfer so we’ve hosted some of his former hosts in our apartment. That's it so far but hopefully that’ll change soon.
