About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Take some enology courses, import good beer, travel and have some fun before doing a post-graduate...
ABOUT ME
I think I'm a bit boring and anti-social, but people don't seem to think the same... I pretend to take things seriously, but actually I'm not that serious... I love gourmet stuff: good food, wine, beer, cigars... and love to know more about it, not just eat/drink/smoke. I usually like to know a bit more of things I do or consume. I like reading, although I don't read as much as I'd like (got some concentration issues, ADD a doctor would say... I don't really think so).
I'm a bit lazy at times, but once I'm in I try to have as much fun as possible.
Don't like dancing! As a "latino" I must warn about it... So I don't go/know any places to go dancing...
PHILOSOPHY
Why complicate things if you could just have a good time? I try to take things easy, although I take things I like seriously...
Do things as they must be done! Can't understand why people can't do things just the way they should be done. Order and patience, that's all we need I guess... I'm quite patient, except for bad drivers...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm absolutely new in this place. I heard about it a year ago, while I was in a hostel in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from a guy from Israel. Hadn't tried it until now... I'd like making people have a good time in Mexico City and know the kind of places we usually go to, not the most touristy and known ones. Unfortunately I don't think I'd be able to offer a couch, but I'd provide any other help needed.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Never had a couchsurfing experience, except for once I went visiting a friend in Hamburg for a week or so... Hopefully this will change soon. I'd like to know a lot of places.
Interests
Food, wine, beer, spirits, cigars, history (specially war periods and the Nazis (I'm not into Nazi ideology, don't worry, ha)), I have some strange interest for England and Germany (don't know why), literature, econometrics (my geek side), politics... Knowing other places, of course.

Music, Movies, and Books
Classical, jazz, rock... about everything, except for electronic and pop.
Lots of movies. I'm not a cinema-lover and I hardly remember names of movies/actors, but I do enjoy a good movie.
Mainly books written in Spanish from Mexican writers, so probably it would be no use writing them... I loved "A Confederancy of Dunces" by John K. Toole!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went to the Amazon, two weeks in Cuba, backpacked-Europe, lost in Brno (Czech Republic) during winter, when nothing's open... Patagonia. It depends on what you consider amazing...
