About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Immerse myself in diverse circles of friends and be surrounded by love.

ABOUT ME

Nomadic couple in love- my wife is a vibrantly fun and educated chica. We're doing our best to use advanced skills to work with the under served. She's doing international human rights law and I'm doing global health. Our adventures included working a year with Médecins Sans Frontières in Zimbabwe, two years in Micronesia on the island of Saipan. After wonderful adventures traveling through Asia, we have returned to Los Angeles, California where our love story began.

We love to meet people of different cultures as we are from 2 parts of the world ourselves- find out just WHERE we are from when you meet us!

PHILOSOPHY

Love your life

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) Praying in small mosque in Zanzibar, standing shoulder to shoulder with fisherman and farmers I met and being moved to tears from the moment of connectedness with humanity.

2) Babies being born- I work as a newborn pediatrician and attended hundreds of deliveries and the amazingness of those moments are always special.

3) Scuba diving my first time in Honduras (Utila, Bay Islands). On that first dive, we saw a shark and I felt a sense of respect- not fear- that I entered into its home and it acknowledged me and swam away.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a doctor and have lots to offer including stories of babies that have survived amazing situations, medical slang in various languages, understanding mind-body connection and healing of all sorts.

Countries I’ve Visited

Iceland, Indonesia, Malaysia, Peru, South Africa, Tanzania, Thailand

Countries I’ve Lived In
