Hi,

I'm newbie in the region, I came to Nîmes for my first job after my engineeing school at Paris. If I have to describe myself, I would say "I am a banana split" : Yellow outside, europeen culture, grown up among brown people (guys from Vanuatu are brown). I'm a native french and cantonese speaker. I love brazilian food and danse. Actually, i like all kind of food, except raw things (give me stomack ache). Because of my job, I'm working very late during the weeks, so I would only accept guests during the weekends.

I did travelled a lot but I noticed there is two kind of travelling : the one where you visit only the town and his history and the other one where you can exchange with the people living there and see the city through the vision of the residents.
Like I said before I'm a newbie trying make friends around ;)

我可以与沙发主分享些什么

I learned during my trips that people does'nt know few things about their native region or country, saying they will discover it one day because they live near or perhaps never. Sometimes it is even tourists who know your area better than yourself.
I propose to discover Nîmes and its surroundings, knowing that I know as much as Nîmes since I arrived 4 months ago.

J'ai appris au cours de mon voyage que les gens connaissent peu leur région natale ou leur pays, se disant qu'ils vont le découvrir un jour car l'occasion ne manque pas ou jamais. Parfois, ce sont même les touristes qui connaissent mieux ta région que toi-même.
Je propose donc de découvrir Nîmes et ses environs, sachant que je connais Nîmes autant que depuis mon arrivée il y a 4 mois.
