ABOUT ME

My Japanese name is Yudai Egoshi. My English name is Edward. I got this English name in Philippines when I stayed there to study English. I've already graduated the university in March, 2012. My major was Economics. My university's name is Ritsumeikan University located in Kyoto and Shiga prefecture in Japan. My hometown is Fukuoka in Kyusyu where is western island in Japan. Fukuoka is famous as the prefecture that there are many delicious foods such a ramen, motsunabe, raw fishes and the likes.

I live in Fukuoka. I work at family business. We produce fish cake. It’s traditional food in Japan. I have opportunities to visit other countries, especially LA, Hawaii to sell our products for local people. I forgot English I studied in Cebu 7 years ago. So, I started learning English again in May 2020 taking classes on online English school. And also I hang out people who can speak English or are interested in other language, culture. Sometimes with native English speakers living Fukuoka.

I would be able to take you some restaurant to eat delicious food,to drink and popular tourist spot. If you don’t mind I can get some local friends or foreign friends with. I can also take you other prefectures in Kyushu by my car. Let’s hang out. My English is poor but we don’t need mind about that because we can know each other without perfect language.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I visited some coutries as a back pucker after I leaved Cebu in Philippine. I met local people by using Couchsurfing. They could treat me well. They took me some local spot and told cultures of their countries. I was glad about that. So, I wanna reply an obligation to other people who come to my place Fukuoka like they did.
