ABOUT ME

Me? I'm a rapid backpacker wannabe, disguised as a postgraduate student, whom unable to finish my master degree on time because too busy traveling and savor the culinary delights of the region.
Mmm... I'm also an internet addict, loves cat, and wearing tooth braces.
-latest revision- Finally, I finished my study and no more tooth braces, yeehaw! :)

When you're considering me as your guest, here's some clues:
1. I don't eat pork
2. I don't smoke
3. I always take a bath everyday (I'll keep your bathroom as clean as before I use it)
4. If you want something from me, please ask, because I can't read your mind.

Note: Most of the time, I travel with my husband Ary. Don't worry, I'll state on my couchrequest whether we will surf together or it's just me alone. :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a CS Ambassador, I promote CS by word of mouth, conduct CS Bandung Monthly Gathering and attend local gathering wherever I travel.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

~ Salzburg --- surfing Hermes' couch while he's on business trip to US, but also cooked Indonesian full meal for a group of eight on Hermes' beautiful kitchen! and oh.. visited the magnificent Eisreisenwelt by his recommendation ~ Monaco --- surfing Jean's couch, shopping, and cook for us ~ Zurich --- surfing Marcel's couch, climbing Uetliberg tower, cook and dine with Marcel's housemates ~ Yokohama --- join Yokohama Potluck Picnic arranged by Tomomi ~ Manila --- surfing Angela's couch & sightseeing around with her~ Munich --- surfing Florian's couch & attend 200 years celebration of Oktoberfest with him~ Paris --- surfing Camille's couch & sightseeing Jardin du Luxembourg and surrounding areas with her and her friend~ Luzern --- surfing Isabelle's couch & walking around old town with her, and re-surfing her new home two years later ;) ~ Bali --- surfing Arnan's couch, traveled with Ruth & Brendan from Singapore, and do some geocaching with them~ Jakarta --- surfing Nancy's couch, attending some local gathering~ Bandung --- hosting some CSer for sightseeing / coffee or drinks, held local CS Bandung Gathering every month (sometimes more often, when we got happening events in the city).~ Bangkok --- sightseeing Bangkok with Honey as host, introduced to geocaching by Gary, and have a great lunch with them~ Singapore --- have Karthi as host for a cuppa

paragliding (Sumedang & Puncak Pass - West Java, Gunung Banyak - East Java, and Bukit Timbis - Bali), parasailing & flying fish (Tanjung Benoa), white water rafting (Citarik River, Cisadane River, Citatih River, Palayangan River), roller coasters (Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo Disneysea, Universal Studio Singapore, & Universal Studio Japan), ferris wheels (Singapore Flyer & Eye on Malaysia), standing on the edge of a waterfall (Curug Cigangsa), jumping from 5 meters high (Batu Payung - Green Canyon), took Maid of The Mist boat at Niagara Falls.

I can't cook well (but in case you're curious with my local delicacies, I might bring you a sachet of Indonesian instant seasoning, so I can make a quick stir fry something for you). Sssh.. ask my ex-hosts, they all love it.
