INTRO
I'm Wen-Hsiu, and you can just call me Yui.

Yui is Japanese. The reason I named myself Yui is one of Japanese anima. Yui is a girl who plays guitar very well, and because of this anima, I started to play music during my college time. I really like my band, called Undefined, and always enjoys the time we practicing together.

Now, I'm in America! This is my first time come here just because I joined the working travel. As a amusement park worker, I try my best to give customers the best service and always wish them have a nice day in Dorney Park. I enjoy everyday in U.S.A and expect to experience more American life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel as well as experience different culture.
I think couch surfing is a good way to meet people and understand each other life. Right now I worked as a food worker in Dorney Park, which located at Allentown, PA. I expect to experience more American life, that is why I want to couch surfing. I wish to make friends in this amazing nation.

Interests

I have various interests.
I like watching movies, playing guitar, drawing and traveling.
I also like to design.

My dream is to run my own cafe. I would like to design my store by myself and make the whole place look comfortable and wonderful. I would like to combine my hobby with my work. I want to learn to be a good barista. I wish to draw different pictures on each coffee and enjoy the delight face on customers. In my coffee store, I would like to plan some times to do language exchange and also couch surfing. Now I'm stepping on the path to my dream. I'm learning how to be nice to each customer right now :)

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music is English songs. Recently I keep listening to Pitch Perfect songs and enjoy singing those songs :)

I also like to sing Disney songs, such as Tangled and Frozen. Singing the song, Cups is my hobby, too. I like the cups song and can perform this song as the thankful for accepting me as a guest :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I planed the travel to Japan Kansai with my best friend. We went there for ten days and I tried my best to use Japanese to talk to them :)

I found out what I actually like, what I really want to do during my university. I keep following the step to fulfill my dream and wish I could get the goal one day.

and Now...
I came to America by myself and met lots of people here!
I make friends here and learn some simple Polish and Spanish from them.
Now I'm planning to travel around by couch surfing :)
I wish I can make more friends and experience more American life :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my travel experience and also some Taiwanese food.
If there is a market near the location, I would like to buy some ingredient and cook a Taiwanese meal for you, such as curry rice, fried rice.
I also like drawing. I always keep a travel diary with me and some post cards. If you like my drawing, I can draw a post card for you :)
