ABOUT ME

I was born in Osaka, spent 6years in Tokyo (when i was in elementary school), started secondary school in Kyoto, studied abroad in Minnesota for one year with host family, came back to Kyoto and continuing my study in Ritumeikan University, measuring in International Relations.
Currently i am on my exchange program at National University of Singapore for one year!!

my friends describe me as outgoing, curious, talkative, easygoing person.
at the same time, i could be a quiet person depending on the situation and i don't hate being by myself, too.
i would say i am a very flexible one, case by case.
i never had trouble with anyone who i stayed with, (including my host family in Minnesota, couch surfing hosts and flat mates in Singapore). so i guess it is going to be no problem.

i love trying and experiencing something new. i love meeting people and talking about many things (over few drinks lol). i love all sorts of food and drinks. i love winter, i love summer... yup, i love everything!!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

since i am living with my family, i cannot host anyone currently but i would love to host people who i stayed with :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couch-surfing experience was in Europe (Spring 2012) with my German friend. I stayed with many hosts throughout Europe and had a great time together with all of them ;) i loved sharing my culture, experience, thoughts, etc...
since then, i had become a couch surfing fan and recommending this to my friends!! (since couch surfing is not very common in Japan yet)
i have traveled by myself in Australia and NZ with CS and had a spectacular experience meeting cool people :)
Also in summer 2013, i have traveled solo in East Europe, mostly using CS for 2 and a half months, and im trying to do the same this year (2014) too!

i am hoping to meet and stay with many people from different countries/cultures and have a great time together!

Interests

TRAVELING!...since i always loved traveling around and learned a lot from meeting new people with different culture, my interest is specifically in cultural studies and i am trying to learn as much as possible from experience.
So far, i have visited nearly 45 countries. it should reach up to 50 this summer.

i also enjoy watching movie, reading, drinking, shopping, partying, walking, chatting and many other things !! I'm up for everything (including doing nothing! haha)!!!!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i embrace every moment of my life.
everyday is a new day and everyday is special.
of course, things like skydiving is always exciting and memorable but having tea and chatting with my friends is also very important/amazing part of my life.
