i’m a Japanese woman who loves nature, trees&grasses, art, hand crafts , old rustic things, antiques and organic and natural life style.

i love walking around, reading, creating beautiful things, taking photographs, cooking, and meditating.

i’ve been cooking and creating new recipes of vegan food to serve people for more than 5 years (now working at a farm restaurant and doing vegan food catering by myself) and now been learning macrobiotic way of thinking and cooking, currently i’ve been almost vegan.

i’m holding workshops of cooking, hand crafts, and nature walking, making aromatherapy products, studying our tradition and cultures at home and coordinating some retreats sometimes, and im planning to start a kind of guest house where i can plan more enjoyable workshops.

i love talking and sharing especially communicating with people from other culture to exchange and understand each other’s thinking or value of life (but i love also a quiet calm moment), i prefer traveling not only for sight seeing but to communicate with local people to get friend with to learn their tradition and cultures more deeply.

through meditating and reading as long as learning macrobiotic idea of yin and yang, ive got to believe that everything in this universe is matter of energy.
so i want to communicate and get friends with the people with high vibrational happy and positive energy/feelings.
