ABOUT ME

i'm a book-addict (good books have to smell good ;), notoriously trying to not become one of the adults who have no time for reading anymore... always fighting against the urge to go outside when the sky is blue and the sun shining when i should be studying (and often losing ;), i'm someone who loves to move on, to experience, to learn new things, new ways of life, soaking up everything around me like a sponge to absorb as much as possible of my surroundings... ah, and i'm chaotic. i tend to make chaos, unintentional of course. it just happens around me, like being the center point of a storm :) the positiv thing is, i will never be bored!

PHILOSOPHY

if we view our trivial situation from the long skein of our lives, from the life of the whole race, from the evolution of conscoiusness, it loses its overarching significance...

i surfed a few couches and had several couchsurfers at my place and what i liked best was meeting people and actually staying in touch with them.

Interessen

traveling, reading books, thinking, fiddle playing. but that one lives and dies with my wanderlust. the greater the wanderlust and the further away its satisfaction, so much the worse my playing...

@ cory: maybe that answers your question... it is unfortunate, but if it doesn't feel right it doesn't make sense to force the fiddle thing. we'll see. but a park (and blue sky and sunshine) sounds great anyway! will call you.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

working as a "cowboy" on a cattle beef ranch for two months, being in the "top of the world" national park, tubing in lao, vang vieng :)

Lehren, lernen, teilen

i don't know if i'm a teaching-person. more than anything i like to observe. to be quiet and watch. and to learn from what i've seen. i learn best when i have time enough to get a feeling for a person, situation, thing. once i'm inside it and can feel how it functions, i understand best. maybe that is something i could share.
