About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to be, where i am, do that I do, love and enjoy
ABOUT ME
Most of the times I am a sociable person, interested to share each other's truths and perspectives. Then I want to contribute to create a safe and yet humorous atmosphere where people feel invited to share what is most alive with them and listen to what is most alive in others, laughing about the oddity of life and ourselves.
At other times, however... ;-)
After I had studied Psychology in Berlin, I worked as therapist in different settings most of my working life. In between however, I always take some breaks from working for periods of 2 month to two years, travelling, learning new things, living in communities, dancing (contact improv), meditationg, learning some more about healing in shamanic tradition and initiating the changes in my life which are needed to stay on track..
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I do love the idea and I don't know how I could not know about couchsurfing for so long. What I like most about traveling in general is to meet and share with other people, especially with locals. And it makes traveling not only much more pleasant, but also affordable. I want to be part of and contribute to a community that provides these opportunities for one another.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
great ones. I surfed Israel, Canada, and Finnland so far and met great people. I have not hosted in my flat so far, since I have live a normadic life the last 3 years with no flat oin my own. But I will return to Germany this spiring and look forward to hoist, then.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I got lost on a daytrip in Yosemite national Park (California) and had to stay unprepared and alone over night in wilderness with temperatures around 0 degree Celsius. It was an amazingly strengthening experience, facing quite a few fears, waiting 12 hours of darkness, moving every 15 minutes not to get to cold. But when I came down that mountain in the next morning I felt very much part of nature.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like to share and exchange Contact Improv, massage skills, bodywork, Empathy (NVC or nonNVC),
and inspire each other on our paths.
I can share my different perspectives and experiences concerning coaching, personal growth, group leading, teaching and some more, if wanted.
I would love to learn some more Tango!
And sometimes I just want to do nothing but be there... or sleep :-)
