About Me

ABOUT ME

"I am just a simple Russian girl,
I've got vodka in my blood,
So I dance with brown bears,
And my soul is torn apart..."
*Although it is a nice song, I must confess I'm not an alcoholic, and I had to leave my bear at the border since he didn't have proper documents for pets. And as long as I keep traveling and getting to know new people and places, there'll be nothing wrong with my soul because I LOVE doing it. What is truly about me though, is that I'm a simple girl from Russia. And we are nice people over there, unlike we're shown in some Hollywood movies about Russian Mafia. Take your chance to check it out! :P

PHILOSOPHY

"Dame la mano y vamos a darle la vuelta al mundo" = Give me your hand and let's travel around the world. This is a wonderful song by Calle 13 that assumes that traveling is probably the best way to truely EDUCATE yourself.
It also says, "if you want a real change, well you should walk differently yourself". And I couldn't agree more.
P.S. The song itself with a nice (really cute!!) video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_zZmsFZDaM
