About Me
CURRENT MISSION
TRAVEL/ A PLACE TO STAY FOR AUDITIONS/ QUICK PERFORMANCE PROJECTS! :)
ABOUT ME
I'm a kind, outgoing person, who's always looking for adventure, new sights, and new friends. I live for curiosity, wonder, and the small treasures life has to offer.
PHILOSOPHY
Every experience, good or bad, can help you grow as an individual.
Love to me is family, friends, Jazz music, a floor(to be able to dance),a piano, and a tea pot :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am new at this, was introduced to couchsurfing from my friend who LOVES this warm and friendly community.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None.
Interests
Different cultures are what really grab my attention. Not just seeing museums and art galleries, but places that have vibrant people, filled with music, food, dance, and art. I usually spend my time going to dance socials with friends, or visiting a town I've never been to before :).
But I'd say generally, I love going to farmer's markets, listening and writing music, cooking healthy food, Ice Skating, theatre, and salsa (eating anything with it and dancing it).

Music, Movies, and Books
LOVE THEATRE AND MUSICALS! They give me ultimate happiness to be a part of the experience, whether it is participating on stage or watching a story develop.
Movies: Little Shop of Horrors, Amelie, Space Balls, Sister Act, Casablanca, Dirty Dancing, Doctor Who, Lion King, Firefly, Edward Scissorhands, Newsies, Boondock Saints, Les Miserables, Amadeus, Moulin Rouge, Star Wars, Sci-Fi (space and zombies :)) and musicals in general
TV: Misfits, Big Bang Theory, Reefer Madness, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, Star Trek, Buffy, etc.
Music: I have a huge passion for Jazz (latin, swing, gospel, funk, etc.), but I love all types of music. Depending on my mood, I enjoy R&B (especially 90's R&B), country, classic rock, folk, etc.
Food: I tend to eat pretty healthy, so I enjoy going to the farmer's market and choosing produce. I also LOVE ethnic food of all kinds, especially sushi, Indian, and Chinese food. Oh and hummus... I love hummus :).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My first awestruck moment was when I first visited Israel, I went to the western wall. It was a very spiritual experience because to see so many people, all shapes, all sizes, all different races, just praying together, it was overwhelming to see such unity.
My second awestruck moment was when I went to see a play, The Taming of The Shrew, at the globe theatre in London. I am a big fan of Shakespeare, so to see his play come to life in such a historical place, was an amazing experience. Just feeling the walls of the theatre, the texture, you could feel the energy radiating off of it.
My third awestruck moment was when I first went to a dance social in San Francisco. I teach latin dancing now, but 4 years ago, when I first went to a social, I was taken aback. To see the passion and skill of such talented dancers made me yearn to become one as well.
Teach, Learn, Share
To learn from myself and others. To just enjoy life, by dancing, singing, having a pint in a pub, watching a band in the street, and just be happy. That's what I try to strive for, a happy disposition :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Cheaper theatre tickets :D (I am on a lot of apps and sites for cheaper tickets around the world and if I am travelling to your area, I'll most likely wind down by trying to see a show).
Knowledge of various Dance Genres: I can teach you how to Salsa!
I love getting to know people and discussing various things about life.
A friendly foodie buddy and/ or movie buddy.
