Hello! We are Yumi and Yuki from Japan 🇯🇵
We are a couple traveling around the world with our backpacks.
In Japan, we work seasonal jobs in agriculture to save money for our travels.
We left Japan on June 11, 2025 to start our journey.
We are traveling from Alaska to Argentina.

Our English and Spanish are not very good,
but we love meeting people and sharing experiences through smiles, gestures, and translation apps.
We travel to discover the world we don’t know and to connect with people everywhere 🌏✨

We especially enjoy visiting places where locals go, not just tourist spots, and experiencing everyday life☺️

During this trip, we started using Couchsurfing, and we really love this way of traveling!
When we return to Japan, we’d like to be hosts ourselves and welcome travelers from around the world 😊

Somos una pareja que viaja por el mundo con nuestras mochilas.
En Japón trabajamos por temporadas en la agricultura para ahorrar dinero y seguir viajando.
Salimos de Japón el 11 de junio de 2025 para empezar nuestro viaje.
Nosotros estamos viajando desde Alaska hasta Argentina.

No hablamos muy bien inglés ni español,
pero nos encanta conocer gente y compartir experiencias con sonrisas, gestos y aplicaciones de traducción.
Viajamos para conocer el mundo que no conocemos y conectar con personas de todas partes 🌍✨

Nos gusta especialmente visitar lugares donde van los locales, no solo los sitios turísticos, y experimentar la vida cotidiana☺️

Durante este viaje, empezamos a usar Couchsurfing, ¡y nos encanta esta forma de viajar!
Cuando volvamos a Japón, queremos ser anfitriones y recibir viajeros de todo el mundo 😊

I really enjoy and like going to local places not only to see the sights, but also to meet people in the community and go to places they recommend!

We usually travel using WWOOF and now we are doing WWOOF in Japan and Alaska.

I started couchsurfing to meet more people!
