Hi I am Yumi, I come from, study, and grow up in Hong Kong.
To a lot of visitors, Hong Kong is a fantastic place, where it's safe, convenient, with superb transportation network, never-end nightlife, lots of places to shop and eat.

yea... it's sort of true.

But it doesn't stopped me from exploring the world. Especially true after my 1-year working holiday in Australia. I don't want to always travel in a normal HK way, which is staying in luxury hotel, eat, shop, followed by eat, shop, followed by eat, shop.
I want to know about the local, know about the culture, know about the history.

I am easy-going, happy, positive!
basically eat everything, but would love a healthy eating habit as well!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I always heard about couchsurfing, but never tried it (til now).
The reason is, whenever I talked about couchsurfing with my friends, they would say "oh, it's dangerous, have you heard about the news........."
Well, after going on working holiday, backpacking, traveling around for one year, I met lots of people who have been doing couchsurfing and hitchhiking for years, most of them, I mean over 90% of them told me the experience is fantastic!
So, I started to ask myself, why would I choose to believe those people who have never tried, but not the people who tried!?

That's why I would like to start trying it!
