Hey there! You already know my name so I'll tell you a few things you don't know about me yet. I grew up in Toronto, but have lived outside of Canada for many years , primarily in Spain., but also for several months in Germany and a couple of months in China. I was born in Russia and grew up with my family speaking Russian, and as a child, I also lived for several years in Israel. As of March 2023, I live and work in China.

Professionally, I am a language teacher. I teach English to adults.

I enjoy climbing and bouldering, hiking in the snow, skating and meeting new people.

These days I am learning French and Chinese, so if you can help me learn, bonus points.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and visiting new places. I would love to have someone who's traveling staying at my place to hear their story and experience. I don't have any set expectations for getting anything in return, but if you can cook a meal, or if you can teach me about something that interests me, I would be eternally grateful.

These days I have a spare room and I am able to share that with others.
