ABOUT ME

like most people on this website, i'm always up for meeting new people and trying new things.

i'm kind of obsessed with bikes, utility, the art of listening to music and being a 3rd generation ukrainian.

right now i work for a medical startup making websites and other digital communications things. i'm also a DJ and active participant at MIT's radio station, WMBR.

PHILOSOPHY

there wouldn't be so many problems in this world if we were all just nicer to each other... so let's all just be nicer to each other!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

*never* a bad experience! some highlights include:

hosted alex from france! we played soccer and drank a bunch of beer together. made me want to go to france!

hosted the musician/anarchist biker australians...had a ton of fun together and went on an epic bike ride. they warmed our hearts by sneakily leaving little australian flags everywhere!

ukraine! spent a day at a lake with zena and vika (fantastic people, fantastic night). also met up with valerie and walked around spooky towns.

3 days in seattle with channing and shana - a super bike riding bonanza!

two week long road trip - spent every night on wonderful couches with wonderful people nearby.

one night i had the swedish band fredrik (listen to them too! https://fredrik.bandcamp.com/) sleep on all my futons and couches. it was glorious.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

one day in belize i jumped off a huge tree into a river. the next day i ate the most delicious grapefruit off a tree. that night i was nearly eaten by a wild jaguar...yep - belize was amazing! :)
