I’m a superyacht chef. In the summer, I spend about six months sailing through the Aegean and the Adriatic. During winter, I’m based in Istanbul, and I travel to Europe roughly every two months. I love discovering local food culture, good coffee spots, and hidden places in each city. I’m easygoing, respectful, and always happy to share travel stories (and a few chef tips if you’re into cooking).

Cooking as a chef on a yacht taught me how to create great food anywhere — with limited space, changing ingredients, and a moving “kitchen.” It also made me appreciate the simple magic of sharing a meal with people from different cultures.

I can teach/share: practical cooking tricks, knife skills, simple sauces, how to build flavor with few ingredients, and café/restaurant scouting tips.
