I went paragliding for the first time, and it was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. Running off a cliff with nothing but a parachute and trust in the wind was both terrifying and thrilling. Flying above the landscape made me feel completely free — like I left all my fears on the ground. It reminded me how important it is to say yes to things that scare you a little.
