Hi, my name is yuval and I'm from Tel-aviv-Yafo, Israel

In the last few years I'm trying to experience new things as much as i can and figure out what ways are most accurate for me. I believe that this is the journey of our life, getting to know ourselves, the things that excite and scare us and make choices out of awareness.

So my journey took me hiking at the Israel National Trail for two months and a half, 1220 km of freedom.

Than it took me to the United States to be counselor in a summer camp, get to know their culture and give them some of mine.

After that it was two years of living in Yafo (the old part of Tel Aviv), going to concerts, building a community of friends that became family, scubadiving, learn to snowboarding, start practicing yoga, wall climbing, working as part of production team at the best whisky distillery there is, playing music, taking University's middle east studies classes, traveling....
And the biggest part was one year in a leadership development program as a counselor for 23 amazing teenagers that thought me so much.

Now I'm on a big adventure to get out more from my comfort zone. Going out low budget around Europe and than india for unknown period of time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Love meeting new and exciting pepole and places. I feel the visiting places as a complete alien is much less interesting than visiting the small, local, unknown, spaciel places with a local. Also it always worms my heart to feel the kindness of complete strangers. Hopefully after my big trip i will be able to host and give back to this community.
