About Me

I'm an open minded art student, who'd love to see more of the world, and meet new people. I'm 24 and a student, which occupies most of my time.
Besides that I play Rollerderby with the Rotterdam Classy cockroache.

If there is anything you'd like to know about me, please don't hesitate to ask :)

At the moment my need for some stability and structure in my life makes that I travell no more than the occasional trip, but it's a matter of time before I can afford to go see more of the world again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

via cs.org I've only hosted a couple of times, but I do crash the odd couch. Most experiences are good as I try to surround myselve with awesome people.

Interests

Interested in about anything creative or cultural.
I'm currently interested in art outside a museum or exposition space, and try to look at culture from a more antropological point of view. But that's just my study. I can also discuss wine or fart jokes.

And of course rollerderby.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Working together with a lot of people on a play has been amazing. I've had the pleasure of collaborating on 5 plays by now.

My time as a fine-arts student really has been the best thing I've done so far. Especially now I'm starting to work on bigger projects. It's a blast to work on something that starts as a concept, and follow it until it becomes this physical and more practical manifestation of your most intimite thoughts.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a culture geek mostly, analytical pretty ok but not always as practical as I can be. Anyway, I do like (cultural) problemsolving, and love to discuss anything you might want to learn more about or gain a new viewpoint in.

Also, I could get you started with many artistic media, both as a creator or a "consumer"/ watcher.

Also, If you're comming to visit, feel free to browse trough my books ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good conversation, a laugh.
I could do 'tricks' like draw you a portrait or w/e, but wouldn't it be more fun if these things startedf out more organically?

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Greece, Italy
