Music: I love post-rock and post minimalism music like Sigur Rós, Steve Reich, Max Richter, Jóhann Jóhannsson , Hauschka and Nico Muhly.

Movie: My recent favorite director is Denis Villeneuve. "Incendies" was one of the greatest movie experience ever! I also loves "They Live" by John Carpenter, "Children of Men" by Alfonso Cuarón, "The Shining" by Stanley Kubrick and "500 Days of Summer" by Marc Webb

Book: I like reading literature, books on psychology, politics, culture, history and philosophy. My recent interest is focused upon political aspect of therapy and its' development in modern Japan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visiting Tibet and praying at the Jokhang temple. Jokang is the most sacred and important temple in Tibet and a lot of pilgrimages are coming from all over the Tibet.
