ABOUT ME

I aspire to perfection, and to this end I want to learn everything, do everything, know everything I can! Starting with the pleasant and useful, although not rejecting what isn't, that I may better prevent unpleasant experiences. While I'm pretty good at planning, I avoid doing it because I notice that it seems pretty useless!
I travel. A lot. I work where I can find it. If you've got a job for me in a place I haven't tried, let me know!

PHILOSOPHY

I seek to become an ubermensch, according to my own values. I also seek to contribute to the world at large, making it a happier place. We all grow as human beings when we pursue a contented and effective existence, to whatever effect we choose.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been on a couch or two. I have not had a permanent address in several months and likely will not for several more, but I like what couchsurfing.org aspires to accomplish. I want to make connections with places and the people in them, and help others connect with me and where I am.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed on a couple of couches. Without one of my own, I have not yet hosted any myself.

兴趣

Dance! Of almost any type, single or partnered, modern or folk. Travel, naturally. I'm learning about cars, and having an old Jeep is teaching me a great deal. History of places, of cultures, of sciences, of religions, of individuals. And anything I've never heard or seen before.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Traveled as part of the Renaissance Festival circuit! This meant staying for about 6 weeks in different places of the USA, working different jobs and living in a truly unique community. Each weekend, my work was to entertain or educate the public in Renaissance style and show them different wares.

-Travel how you want to do it. You don't have to see what the guidebooks tell you to see. You might sleep in the car one night and in a luxury hotel the next. Be yourself, also; if you prefer wearing dresses, don't force yourself to pack only pants because they pack smaller.
