About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See the world change

ABOUT ME

I am usually a pretty quiet guy, it's not that i'm really shy, it's just that it's my nature (introvert if you will). But on the other hand their are plenty of subjects that I love going into and usually just listen to the people around me discus and sometime give my opinion. I am the type of guy that is up for any activity or anything spontaneous. I am normally not the person that would organize many events, but I like to help anyone working for a good cause.

PHILOSOPHY

To find yourself you must first loose yourself

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

for now it's just surfing and maybe meeting for drinks, but hopefully soon i'll be able to host

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed at a few places in western Canada where I met some amazing hosts that have become great close friends. Met some amazing travelers along the way that shared with me their amazing travels.

Interests

I love any type of activity, but i'm mostly just competitive against myself. I really love to travel so I can discover new things about the area, the people and about myself. I like to spend my time helping other, usually volunteering so i can feel that I am able to make a small difference. When i'm able to, i like to loose myself in any good book.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite book: hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, just because it's a different kind of humor. I don't read as much as I would like to because of everyday distraction but I like anything that makes me see the world a little differently. I love to watch movies and i'm not picky about what i watch. Any type of music is usually good with me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Jan 2012 I went to El Salvador to volunteer for habitat for humanity's "Global Village project". Like I said, i'm not usually the one who plans allot, so about 3 weeks before the trip I contacted the project organizer and he was really nice enough to let me come aboard even with my late application. So for two weeks a group of people that where formally strangers became like a family as they worked, slept and ate together in a country very far from their homes to help people they didn't know have a place to live. It is because of how I saw people helping others in that scenario that I believe in the goodness of people!
