Hi there, this is Yvonne from China. I worked as a corporate finance person for more than ten years (I'm very good with numbers!) but i get bored with sitting in the same office.

I've travelled to many places before...but i finally decided to quit my job and started to travel around the world from Feb 2024! It's super nice to take a slow pace to really know the place i visit. So far it's been one month in New Zealand, one month in Spain and now one month in Kunming ( a beautiful city in China! known as : four seasons always like spring).

Dog person, can't stay indoor all the time, can't stay outdoor all the time either!

I get energy from both sport/interactions, and reading/time alone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new friends for many reasons (and I've got so many good memories with local friends in my previous travel!)

- conversations always inspire me
- it's really wonderful to know the place from a local eye
- i'm looking for a place to stay longer ( i believe there's some place you feel more home than others)
- i'm looking for a new way to fund my travel (writing in one way, maybe some ideas picked up along the way!)
