I am from Germany, just a few months ago I moved to Australia, I’m currently living and also working in Miami, Gold Coast. Before moving to Australia I was working most of the time traveling somewhere for my work (I worked on a cruise ship) or I traveled in my free time. I am a social, open-minded and active person and I like to do outdoor activities and explore different countries. In my free time, I meet friends, do sports or other activities like swimming, snorkeling, diving, bicycling, surfing, roller artistic skating, and when I was in Germany I also like to go out for walks with our dog. I like to spend time with my family and my friends. I like to meet new people to hangout with and make new friends while traveling around. So if you are around the area, just send a message and we see if we find some time to hangout. I would be really interested to meet more travelers who also live on Gold Coast and do some fun meet ups with a group of like minded travelers.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I think it is a nice opportunity to meet people from different countrys and cultures while traveling. I would like to meet new people to hangout with and make friends. So far I only had good experiences with Couchsurfing and I enjoyed it that I met so many nice travelers already who liked to share this experience. I also hosted a couple at our place before and liked the idea to have a chance to share this experience as a host with them.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was traveling in Thailand for three weeks and that was a great vacation. We did our scuba diving course on the Island Koh Tao and that was a really good experience. We met so many cool people during the three weeks that we thought about to do another vacation like that. I just went to Costa Rica with a friend and we were traveling around there, we went hiking, Ziplining and Wildwater Rafting. That vacation was so much fun and we both said we would like to go back to Costa Rica.
I went on a Disney Cruise to the Eastern Caribbean and Bahamas, which was my first cruise and it was a great cruise experience. When we did a stop on one of the islands and I went scuba diving which was very nice too.

I would like to learn Spanish. I can teach German if you are interested. When I was in Germany I was a coach in a roller artistic skating club, the kids were in the age between 3 and 14. I liked it to be their trainer and to teach them how to roller skate. I just bought a surfboard and started to learn surfing. So if you are interested to surf I could give you my surfboard.
