Hello everyone!
My name is Kuba - pronounced just like the country Cuba (sadly, I haven't been there yet). And I never know what to write in "About Me" boxes :)
I would say I'm easy-going, self-thought software engineer, who loves sailing in the summer and skiing in the winter. I am also "this guy who rides to work on rollerblades" :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Last year I have hosted 2 guys from South America, who came to Poland for World Youth days. Before their arrival I was terrified that it'll go wrong. But as soon as hey were here I found it an amazing experience. It enabled me to learn about their culture and showed me that there is no language barrier if people want to communicate.
So basically, it was great, and I want more :)

Music: Mostly classic rock, but I'm open to new genres.
Books: Good fantasy and science fiction. (recently: "Ready Player One")
Movies: I would recommend "12 Angry Men" to anyone.
