Hello World!!
My name is Zac and I am a young Australian guy who is currently travelling the world (with my Trumpet and my Motorbike!!) in search of amazing people, food, music and experiences. I have worked in kitchens all around the world and I am currently on the lookout for new and exciting dishes to add to my repertoire!
I am all about bringing good vibes & energies with me into people's homes and I fully understand the expectations of a good guest. I am always more than willing to help clean the kitchen and the house/bathroom, help with entertaining pets/kids and friends and join in on any event or custom or activity. One of my specialties is going with the flow ;D

I love meeting new people from different backgrounds and cultures and enjoy the company as travelling alone can get slightly mundane.
My love for food/travel has now brought me to Indo-Asia where my goal is to learn as many new dishes as possible, so i'd love to cook together and learn and teach.

Performed a trumpet solo with my school's Jazz Band at the Sydney Opera House infront of 3000 people.

I am really keen on the idea of a sustainable world to live in where waste is reduced, less oil is burned, and we have a higher priority of looking after the place we live in. I also love to collaborate in the kitchen and with instruments. I can also teach basic guitar and piano (if you have one).

I am a comfortable talker, a good listener and have a many good stories to share from my travells, as well as keen to make new ones with hosts.

I am happy to cook as often as my host seems fit, whilst maintain a good level of initiative.
