About Me
CURRENT MISSION
none of that cliché crap. you know my mission if you are a member of CS :-)
ABOUT ME
Hey gang
What do you want to know about me? Most times, its just something that you have to learn on your own, you have to make your own picture of me! But according to my standards, I'm just a young guy who is trying to live his dream. The world is large and round, but I'm attempting to make it smaller and learn a lot while doing so.
But I'll give it a go as to some infos about me...
I like to think I'm down to earth, easy-going, uncomplicated, fun to hang with. But doesn't everyone want to think that about themselves??! I feel like I can potentially get along with pretty much everyone.
A little spontaneous and curious, and I have to try everything at least once! But make your own picture of me!
I left home (USA) at 18 to move to Cologne, Germany and start a 3-year apprenticeship in Hotel Management. After working for Lufthansa I moved my home base to Erfurt, Germany for a few years and worked in a cultural record label, decided I had enough of working and went out on a multi-month Latin America trip and after that ended up moving to Berlin. In between I spent a year in Florida finishing my pilot's training and am currently working on converting my American licenses to European licenses so I can get a job this year working as an airline pilot.
I'm really just one of those guys who you just gotta sit down with and chat with, and then you'll learn a great deal about me.
And what's up with 'About You', 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder', so who cares what I think about me! Its what you think of me ;)
I'm also a vegetarian and don't mind at all eating vegan or raw.
Kilometers hitchhiked: ca. 3463 (haven't hitchhiked in years and would love to do it again soon....)
PHILOSOPHY
You just gotta live life the way you see fit, not by other people's standards! Go at your own pace, at your own will!
(I'm just trying to not be so stereotypical/cliché)
Live and let live ;-)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Sharing, exchanging, telling stories, making new friends, and seeing new places. It's about culture and individual beings! I haven't been really able to host on Couchsurfing so much in the past year but I'd like that to change real soon again. Nor have I been able to "surf" either for a while but it's time to change that!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
When I first moved to Europe and had a lot more time and flexibility I used Couchsurfing exclusively to invite guests into my home in Germany and also while I was traveling to meet some really awesome people, most of whom I'm still friends with to this day! It's my favorite way of traveling and a great way to give other travelers the chance to experience where I'm living at the moment and make new impressions of the world.

Teach, Learn, Share
Live and let live. I wanna teach people my meaning of life, and I would like to tell them my story. In return, I'd like to hear their story.
What to share? Life.
What I Can Share with Hosts
