New to Couchsurfing but excited to try it! I am an explorer, traveler, hiker, backpacker, baker, music lover, concert-goer, snowboarder, surfer, programmer, philosopher, etc etc. The list goes on because most of all I love to learn new things and to have new experiences. I am a student of the world and am always learning from others and from the world around me. I am crazy enough to like both wild parties and deep conversations. I believe that to be happy you have to get up and adventure!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am new to Couchsurfing, mostly I have stayed in hostels or camped in the US. But I want to meet more people who are like-minded and who can show me the coolest places where I am going.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I love all kinds of music, especially rock (both old - Beatles, Pink Floyd, AC/DC, and new - King Gizzard, Tame Impala, Ty Segall, Tedeschi Trucks …). I also like rap, folk, indie, country, soul, funk, and anything I can dance to! One of my favorite things is to get and to give recommendations.

Movies: I have not seen that many movies, some favorites are: The Big Lebowski, Avatar, Dune. Maybe you can show me some!

Books: I am always reading both for fun and education. A sampling of ones I love: East of Eden, The Saxon Tales, Infinite Jest, Harry Potter, Nicomachean Ethics, Catch-22.
