Hello and hi there,
I'm Zach, a restless soul from Colorado who lives for travel and the endless experiences that comes with it.
I've backpacked all over my home state, hitchhiked across much of Europe, road tripped the west coast, sailed the East coast from CT to FL, and raft guided in CO.
My last decent trip was hitching from Denver to Vegas for a wedding last August. I live out of my backpack as often as possible, and do all I can to embrace life.
I enjoy the little things and the big things and all the things in between.
Currently bikepacking around the west coast and through the desert.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on CS because it as a beautiful community.
I believe that travelers support each other in our adventures, and occasionally we all need a place to crash, shower, and conversate.

Interests

I value experience over everything else, meaning my life ambitions revolve around that. From skydiving to backpacking, rock climbing to sailing, everything I do is for the joy of living my best life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've thru-hiked the 500-mile Colorado trail twice now, once in 2016, another in 2019. I am planning on a 3 trip this coming fall (Aug/Sept. 2022)

Teach, Learn, Share

My camera is my baby and I love sharing that passion. I teach friends and family how to use it all the time.
I am equally as eager to learn whatever skills I can. The list of what I am capable of keeps growing.
I love helping. kids, animals, kitchen work, cleaning, you name it and I'll happily get it done.
