I'm pretty easygoing. Love to meet new people, learn new things, embrace new things. Love to experience things as if they were new, through others' eyes. Spent some time years ago receiving hospitality from hosts around the world and now hoping to pay it forward.

I have a job at an airline, but don't get to travel as much as I'd like. I have two wonderful kids (though I don't host when they are with me), and a number of hobbies (building/fixing things, martial arts, language learning - need to dust this last one off).

As mentioned elsewhere, I used to be a guest occasionally, and hosted once. Now I'm in a more stable place and want to pay it forward.

Movies that get better each time, martial arts, reading the bible, learning languages, learning to cook, playing guitar, playing piano, singing, reading classic lit and attempting to understand it, conversations till the sun comes up, sitting in a car when it rains, sitting in a garage when there is thunder outside, people who don´t compliment too much - but mean it when they do, hot showers on cold days and cold showers on hot days, raindrops on sunburns, candid photographs, haunting eyes, bad jokes told well.
