Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Host travelers from around the world. Anyone who may want to ski or snowboard might want to stay with me because I live ten minutes away from two different ski resorts (YongPyong and Alpensia)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just had my first coach surfing experience recently. A Belgian guy named Freek stayed with me. He is traveling the world for two years! This is his seventh month and he has some unbelievable stories.

Interests

I enjoy anything that keeps me active. I just joined the badminton club in Hoenggye recently. Skiing and snowboarding are on my list this winter. Working out and golfing were my two favorite hobbies in the States.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Not much of a movie watcher but I enjoy funny movies like Sandlot, Happy Gilmore, and the Hangover. I can get into a serious movie every now and again maybe something along the lines of Shaw Shank Redemption or Saving Private Ryan.

Music: I listen to everything.

Books: Seven Days in Utopia

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Studied abroad in South Korea in 2010. Went on the plane with very little knowledge of the country or language. Moved back to the states with the itch to travel the rest of my life.
