ABOUT ME

I'm a pilot. I live to fly, and I'm an outdoor fanatic. I want to retire early so I can spend my days playing volleyball on the beach, climbing the highest mountains, and explore every fascinating nook and cranny mother nature has to offer. I love to SUP, especially in the most remote alpine lakes of the high sierra. ( I have multiple inflatable boards- friends always welcome!)

PHILOSOPHY

I love experiencing other cultures and getting to see first hand the way people live in different parts of the world. It is fascinating to see how different, but at the same time how similar we as humans all are. Aside from this, the Earth itself is a beautiful place and I want to be able to see and enjoy as much of it as i possibly can. We all have a finite amount of time on this earth and therefore should not waste a single second. If you have an opportunity to try something new, I say go for it! You never know if you will get a second chance.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I recently discovered this site through some friends while planning a trip to Australia. I figured this would be a wonderful opportunity to network and meet with people that can teach me and assist me throughout my travels. To give back to this cause, my "couch" is officially open for surfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have shared my couch with long distance friends or friends of friends, and I have occupied couches in the same manner; however, couch surfing via the internet is new to me.
