Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love doing new things, meeting new people and making friends. Also, being a generally poor college student with not a lot of money, this is the best way for me to see new countries without breaking the bank.

Interests

I have a lot of interests. To start, I run collegiate track (400m and 200m). I enjoy anything outdoorsy (mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, pretty much any sort of exploring), I love food, love movies and really enjoy plays and musicals. I do a lot of drama in college. I play piano, but above all my biggest interest is writing. My emphasis in school is screenwriting, so writing stories is a thing I do!

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a favorite type of music. It's pretty much all good, except screamo type music I like books like Harry Potter, Chronicles of Narnia and Lord of the Rings. Some non-fantasy books include Orwell's 1984 and Animal Farm as well as Ian Flemming's Bond books. With movies there's too many to list. But I love Star Wars!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to cook. I would love to share stories I've written or am working to as well as helping someone with their own work if they wanted to. I want to share my experiences with someone but I also want to gain knowledge from someone else's. I always like interesting people

What I Can Share with Hosts

I feel like my experiences could be interesting to someone else and I love discussing almost anything with anybody. I love people and there is so much to learn from each person. Everyone's unique and you can always take away something from every interaction.
