Overview
About Me
I am an experience designer specializing in creative and cooperative economic development work. I'm called Zachary Yvaire.
I was born on the 60th anniversary of the Great Crash of Wall Street, the event that sent the Western industrialized countries into the Great Depression. So i'm a bit preoccupied with learning and understanding and how to stabilize the global economy. I'm a walking business incubator/accelerator that is happy to make house calls.
My first memory was being, on a white sand shore of the Western Americas surrounded by sage, bees, and hummingbirds.
I grew up in a storytelling family, I love to hear and tell stories.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've just returned from the South Pacific on a journey that's was a mix of climatic prompting, grounded entrepreneurialism and economic development, and rescue urbanism.
I'm making my way to Texas to visit my family and to prepare for the next journey to Tirana, Albania, where I intend to contribute to a project to establish an incubator for creative entrepreneurs.
I'd love to chat more about what i do and what you do.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I won the Walt Whitman Award for Poetic as F**k, during a year that I planned successfully 14 parties with guest ranging in number from 14- 75. It was a party year, and we partied for all the right reasons.
Teach, Learn, Share
Have you had an authentic Jambalaya? I can share that with you.
If you've got entrepreneurial interests i'm a friend with entrepreneurial knowledge and skills.
I can teach meditation, creative writing, marketing, social sculpture, and party theory, ethnoastrology, placemaking, social ecological theory and practice, media studies, and plenty more... You'd just have to rattle it out of me.
I am widely read and would love to share and learn any knowledge on philosophy, cooperative and solidarity development, "radical" theory, bees, biodiversity, surveillance, linguistics, art theory, economics, migration, climate change, Quantum physics, cultural studies, social theory, literature, and more!
I can also read your birth chart if you would like me to.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Life and ways to remind you of your own power.
Love. Care. Consideration. Stories. Experiences. Care. Money, when I have it. Honey, when I have it. Knowledge of different and diverse academic disciplines: I can tutor philosophy, english, history, anthropology, marketing, advertising, translation, interpretation, poetry and other genres of creative writing, bartending, baking, and family survival, as well as capacity building. I am a trained cooperation developer, solidarity developer, unschooler, meditator, conflict negotiator, media analyst, consumer researcher, professional writer, creative strategist, sustainability strategist, and a "world class big brother."
I also know how to make delicious curries, baked meats, fried meats and pies.
And I as I said before I'm only too happy to share business development skills and knowledge.
