About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Traveling my way through life...
ABOUT ME
If you were to ask my friends about me they would tell you that I'm a very outgoing,open-minded fun-loving dude. I try to treat every person like they're my best friend. Despite my enjoyment for a good time, I'm a goal-oriented individual that is very driven. I am always true to my word and I expect those around me to reciprocate.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe that we all live to help fellow humans and that is why I am going to be a doctor. I am not a communist or a socialist by any means, but I do believe that those who are well off have a responsibility to help the less fortunate.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None yet... looking forward to my first!
Interests
I love to play soccer (football) and chess. I like to learn new things and I welcome new experiences--especially meeting new people. Traveling is probably my favorite thing to do because it almost always includes all of those aforementioned activities. At home, I am in medical school, so most of my time will be spent studying... however, whenever there's free time, I am sure to make the most of it. I also like to do charitable work. I co-founded a non-profit that works in providing relief for vulnerable children in Uganda (see our website-- www.ugandaeducationproject.org).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. Hurricane Katrina-- Seeing the city that you love more than any other place on Earth, and the place that you've lived your whole life get inundated with water is about as 'awestriking' as it gets.
2. When I was visiting Barcelona with my mother, I ran in to friends from home in an alley behind a cathedral. The world never felt so small.
