ABOUT ME

I'm 22 years old and I try to take full advantage of that fact. Rather than spending my 20's worrying about what I'm going to do with the rest of my life, I worry about spending my last penny on exploring and learning as much about the world as I can.

I come from Texas where I studied International Studies (political science stuff). I also study Spanish and have a passion for most anything South of the border. I've spent about 8 months now in South America and another 8 months in Spain and Germany. I have way too many plans for future travels and way too little money, but I'm determined to make it work.

As a person, I'm very open-minded to pretty much everything. However, I am more of a "hang out and drink beer outside or on a terrace" than a clubbing kind of person.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Sometimes a hostel isn't enough to find friends in a new city, sometimes I'm just too poor to stay in a city. Either way, Couchsurfing is a great way to meet and learn about other people, even if they can't give me a couch and only want to hang out.

I currently live in a tent where I work, so we're not allowed to have guests stay with us. I fully look forward to paying it forward whenever I settle down.

I've fallen in love with a book called Shantaram. I read a lot and focus on books that can teach me something. My music tastes change so fast that I don't really know what to say about my music interests, but I don't like jazz.
